STEPHEN NEIGUT

Mr. Neigut has considerable experience in operation, maintenance, optimization, design and construction of facilities within the energy sector. His career spans offshore, pipelines, midstream, refining, petrochemical, biofuels, distribution and retail operations.

During his tenure with a previous litigation support company, he authored an authoritative report on world-wide gasoline pricing factors for a major operator. Other litigation support includes economic analysis of a failed refinery services contractor’s business. His work at major refineries has included several projects dealing with recertification of safety systems, HAZOP analysis from its infancy to today’s state of the art and many accident investigations with root cause analysis. Optimization projects included many debottlenecking of existing facilities (brownfield) and construction of new facilities.

Serving the industry both domestic and abroad, he has a track record of leading culturally diverse teams for both operation and maintenance of facilities and design and construct assignments.

Prior to his association with Accumyn Consulting, Mr. Neigut was an affiliate with the global expert services firm, LECG, based in Houston, Texas. In addition to his litigation support work with Accumyn, he continues to serve the industry, via his firm – Isthmus Oil Consultants – or as a contractor.
