Mr. Taube has over 20 years of experience in refining, petrochemicals and specialty chemicals, including construction, operation and operations support of many different processes. He has worked domestically and internationally for several oil, gas, refining and chemical companies.
Mr. Taube has a solid understanding of refining and chemical plant operations. His experience includes proficiency in steady state and dynamic modeling and project leadership and management. He has a track record of leading culturally diverse teams for capital construction projects, consulting assignments and operations and maintenance support assignments. He has also been responsible for assessing insurance claims in the chemical industry.
Mr. Taube has led Accident and Unusual happening investigations, management of change efforts and he is skilled in HAZOP analysis. Prior to his current position, Mr. Taube was an Affiliate with the global expert services firm LECG in Houston, Texas. He has also served as an independent consultant and in leadership and management positions at an engineering firm.
