Accumyn is pleased to announce that Crystal Thomas has joined us as a new Associate Consultant.

She looks forward to working with the team on safety engagements.

Prior to joining us, Crystal was an Incident Investigations Advisor for a major oil company.  Previous positions include Hazardous Materials Accident Investigator at the National Transportation Safety Board and a Ballistics Test Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Her work for the National Transportation Safety Board involved high-profile investigations into major domestic and international railroad, aviation, highway, marine and pipeline accidents concerning the transportation of hazardous materials.

Crystal is a Penn State University graduate who earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She is a Pittsburgh native and currently lives in Houston.
