Mr. Burnham is a managing consultant providing professional architectural input to Accumyn’s capital project management, financial, and economic practice areas. His more than thirty years of technical, managerial, and executive experience has involved buildings for major projects in numerous business sectors. Primary focus areas include all phases of architectural services for commercial, medical/professional, liturgical and educational clients. Past and ongoing projects provide him with exceptional prerequisites to professionally address almost any facet of architectural project development and execution. Mr. Burnham consults with Accumyn clients and in-house specialists on engagements addressing resolution of claims and disputes in architectural contracting, planning, design, and construction administration service issues.
Beginning in 1979 as an intern at the Houston offices of Spencer, Herolz & Durham, Mr. Burnham progressed through increasingly more responsible project management and corporate officer positions at Houston area architectural firms.
For the past ten years, he has operated his own company, serving the Houston and south Texas area.
Past engagements by Mr. Burnham have involved provision of litigation support to attorneys for the resolution of construction jobsite accidents, specifically in areas of architectural standards and OSHA regulations.
A graduate of Louisiana State University’s five-year professional degree program in architecture, Mr. Burnham has continued to promote the field through his affiliation with professional organizations. He served as Chair of the Intern Development Program for both the Texas Society of Architects and the American Institute of Architects – Houston, and has continually been a provider of advisor/mentor services to interns since 1985.
