MARY ALICE PEREZ

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Ms. Perez is the Office Administrator and Assistant Controller at Accumyn Consulting. She is responsible for assisting in preserving Accumyn’s assets, maintaining accounting controls, and reporting accurate financial and tax results.  Ms. Perez is also responsible for assisting with Accumyn’s banking function, including monitoring cash balances and preparing bank deposits.  She is also responsible for assisting in maintaining Accumyn’s budgets/forecasts, fixed assets, payroll, employee benefits, and insurance coverages.

Ms. Perez has extensive expertise as an accounting analyst.  She has over 45 years of experience in providing accounting, and payroll services to clients in a variety of industries including ship (vessel) management, manufacturing, reproduction, housing, retail, and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to her positions at Accumyn, Ms. Perez provided similar services for the financial and economic consulting firm LECG and for the accounting firm BDO Seidman.  She has also been responsible for accounting, write-ups, payroll, nonprofit reports, and subsidized projects at various public accounting, and management firms, and nonprofit organizations.
