Mr. Seale has 15 years of experience in financial analysis, project development, and merger & acquisition management.

Mr. Seale entered medical management in 2003 and has served physician practices in operational, administrative and consulting roles. Mr. Seale has helped 300+ radiologists in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Florida, and New Mexico increase overall collections, and better understand the nature of the billing and collection process through the use of innovative reporting.

During his time in the medical management industry, Mr. Seale has developed statistical tools combined with powerful data mining applications to predict trends, increase speed of collections, and avoid common pitfalls. Additionally, he has developed advanced cost accounting models which accurately depict period to period changes in the gross collection ratios. He has assisted imaging center clients develop and comprehend discounted cash flow models on individual machinery purchases, as well as the operation as a whole.

He has been responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operation of the collection stages of the revenue cycle, including managing denials, denial trends, patient collections, and reporting to clients. Previously, Mr. Seale was instrumental in developing the internal tools used to monitor employee performance and implementing quality audits to ensure every facet of the operation meets acceptable quality standards. In conjunction with the quality audits, he developed fraud detection protocols to ensure that all money collected remains with the respective client.

Mr. Seale earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
